Project Experience

Jacksonville City Hall outdoor lightingThe design and management experience of our engineers spans the full spectrum of projects including:  mission critical facilities, office buildings, industrial buildings, churches, schools, laboratories, LEED certified design and commissioning, new construction, building renovations and additions, as well as roadways, parking lots, parks, recreational ball fields and water and waste water treatment plants.  We have enjoyed on-going project partnerships with several firms to provide expertise in architectural design, civil engineering, structural engineering, and mechanical engineering.

 

Areas of electrical systems design and expertise include:
  • Interior power distribution and lighting systems
  • Exterior primary and secondary distribution systems including area lighting and sports lighting
  • Emergency power systems:  generators, transfer switches, EPS approved fuel systems, noise attenuating enclosures, UPS systems on generators, connection of existing buildings to emergency power systems
  • Communications systems:  voice and data wiring and equipment racks
  • Fire alarm and security systems
  • Arc Flash Hazard calculations for equipment labeling
  • Assisting maintenance staff with electrical maintenance requirements in accordance with NFPA 70B Recommended Practice for Electrical Equipment Maintenance
