David P. Cratem, Principal
Project Manager
David earned
a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of South
Florida and has been with John Searcy & Associates since 1995.
David has
over twenty-five years of experience in the electrical engineering field and is
an active member of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) as well as
participating in a number of community organizations.

Stephen C.
Quina, Sr., P.E., Principal
Senior Electrical Engineer
Steve earned
a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida and has
been with John Searcy and Associates since 1997.
Steve has more than forty years of experience in electrical engineering
and is a registered professional engineer in Florida, Georgia, Alabama,
Tennessee, Minnesota, Oregon and California.
Steve is an
active member of IEEE and participates in several community organizations.

John V. Searcy, P.E.,
Senior Engineer
John
is a graduate of the University of Florida having earned
a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and has been
practicing in this field since 1957.
He is registered as a professional engineer in
Florida and Georgia.
John has published numerous
articles including Computer Room Power Requirements
which was presented to IEEE, South Con; Computer Room
Design, CONSULTING ENGINEER; and has contributed to IBM
Publications: A Building Guide for Communications Wiring
and IBM Network Planning and Installation Guide.
John is
life member of International Electrical and
Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and is also a member of
Illuminating Engineers Society of North America
(IES) and the National Fire Protection Association
(NFPA).
John actively
participates in numerous business and community
organizations.

Rodney J. Fryman,
AutoCaD Technician
Rodney earned an Associates of Science in Computer
Assisted Drafting and Design from Florida Community
College of Jacksonville and has been with John Searcy &
Associates since 2000.
